DELIVERY TIME
Delivery by VENIPAK courier:
Paid orders will be sent within 2 business days.
In Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, orders are delivered by the courier service provider VENIPAK. Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Delivery time can take up to 4 days.
If you want to receive your order to other countries, you can choose between two types of delivery services:
Shipping to post office. By choosing this delivery option, we will deliver your order to the Post Office of your choice. Delivery time in Europe takes up to 10 days. Delivery time to other countries takes up to 15 days. Please note that the official delivery time for postal services is up to 30 days.
Delivery by courier (Door-to-door). You will receive your order to the address you specified. Delivery time in Europe takes up to 10 days. Delivery time to other countries takes up to 15 days.
Receipt at Salons Līga salon:
Orders can be received at Salons Līga salon at Rīgas iela 7-25, Valmiera, during working hours from 9:00-19:00.
Orders placed before 8:00 can be received on the same day, starting from 12:00. If the order is placed after 8:00, you will be able to receive it the next business day. When receiving the order, we will ask you to present an identification document and state the order number or show a printed order confirmation.
RETURN OF GOODS AND RIGHT OF REFUSAL
You have the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order by sending them by mail to the address indicated below. The goods must be unused and undamaged. The return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If for any reason you want to return the purchase made in the online store to us, proceed as follows: The goods must not be used, the packaging must not be damaged / You have all documents regarding the purchase and receipt of the goods / To avoid misunderstandings, upon receipt of the goods, make sure that they fully correspond to the ordered one – manufacturer, product list, composition, size and other important parameters / Write to liga.naturespa@gmail.com to receive a withdrawal form; we will agree on when and where to return the item / After returning the purchase, we will transfer the spent money to the buyer’s account within 10 days.
The prerequisite for a refund is the return of the item to the Salons Līga warehouse or receipt of confirmation that the item has been sent back, depending on which action was performed earlier.
