In Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, orders are delivered by courier service provider VENIPAK. Delivery is carried out at the address indicated by the customer. Delivery time can take up to 4 days.
If you want to get an order to other countries, you can choose between two types of delivery services:
1. Shipping to post office. By choosing this delivery option, we will deliver your order to your chosen Post Office. Delivery time in Europe is up to 10 days. Delivery time to other countries takes up to 15 days. Please note – The official delivery time for postal services is up to 30 days.
2. Delivery by courier (Door-to-door). You will receive your order at your specified address. Delivery time in Europe is up to 10 days. Delivery time to other countries takes up to 15 days.
3. Recieving your purchase at reception of Salon Liga:
Orders can be obtained at Salon Līga at Rigas 7-25, Valmiera, during working hours from 9:00 to 19:00.
Orders made before 8:00 can be received on the same day starting from 12:00. If your order is after 8:00, you will be able to receive it on the next business day. Upon receipt of the order, we will ask you to produce a personal identification document and to name the order number or to show the printed order confirmation.
RETURNING GOODS AND REFUSAL RIGHTS
You have the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 days upon receipt of the order by sending them by post to the address below. The goods must be unused and not damaged. Billing costs are covered by the customer.
If for any reason you wish to return the purchase made to us in the online store, do the following: The product must not be used, the package must not be damaged / All documents regarding the purchase and receipt of the goods are kept at your disposal / In order to avoid confusion, at the time of receipt of the goods, make sure that it fully complies with ordered – manufacturer, product list, composition, size and other essential parameters / Emails to email@example.com for a withdrawal form; we will unite when and where to return the goods / After the return of the purchase, we will transfer the money spent on the buyer’s account within 10 days.
The precondition for a refund is to return the item to the Līga warehouse or to confirm that the item has been returned, whichever is the earlier.
