A two-phase serum with bakuchi oil and astaxanthin for intensive anti-ageing therapy in home beauty rituals. A serum with a very strong antioxidant and photo-aging-reducing effect. Astaxanthin is a distinctly red carotenoid antioxidant obtained from algae. Algae containing this antioxidant are a food source for shrimp and salmon, which get their orange and pink hues directly from astaxanthin. Astaxanthin has UV-blocking properties that help protect the skin from sun damage. Since astaxanthin can neutralize several free radicals at once, it is particularly effective in protecting the skin from oxidation, inflammation and damage.
Bakuchiol is an extract obtained from the leaves and seeds of the babchi plant. It is a 100% organic substitute for retinol, but unlike retinol, bakuchiol does not irritate the skin and is also suitable for sensitive skin care.
